This season, Smart Earth Sprinklers is offering exterior window and screen cleaning to the homeowners we already know and serve across the Austin area. It’s the perfect time to wash away a year of dust, pollen, and hard water spots before the spring.
We don’t use the old bucket, soap, and squeegee method, and we never blast your home with a pressure washer. Instead, we use a water-fed pole system with a soft brush and pure water filtered through Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Deionization (DI).
Austin tap water is loaded with minerals. Those minerals are what leave spots and streaks behind when water dries on glass. Our RO/DI filtration strips out nearly all of them, so the water itself does the cleaning. The brush loosens dirt and debris, while the purified water rinses the glass without leaving mineral or soap residue behind.

Yes, within reason. For our team’s safety while working with water, we don’t schedule services when temperatures are below 35 degrees. If a cold snap hits on your service day, we’ll reach out to reschedule.
RO/DI stands for reverse osmosis and deionization. This filtration removes the minerals found in regular tap water. Without those minerals, water dries on glass without leaving spots or streaks, so there’s no need for soap or harsh chemicals.
Yes. We use a soft brush and purified water, not high-pressure sprayers or chemical cleaners. This reduces the risk of damage associated with high-pressure spraying and avoids chemical runoff into landscaping.
