Backflow Testing

Smart Earth Sprinkler specializes in Austin backflow testing. Backflow devices are typically installed on irrigation systems, indoor piping, or fire sprinkler systems. Backflow prevention devices, like most other equipment, need to be tested to make sure they are working properly. The state of Texas requires that backflow prevention devices be tested annually. We will also file paperwork regarding the test results with the appropriate government agency. We are not able to test fire sprinkler backflow devices due to the state fire marshal requiring the test to be performed by a fire sprinkler company along with the fire sprinkler annual inspection.
