Disclaimer: This Service Maintenance Plan is for a one-year term from the date of acceptance. Customers may discontinue the Maintenance Plan at any time. If the Maintenance Plan is terminated before the end of each one-year term, all discounts applied to services rendered will be due at the time of cancellation. Maintenance Plan installment payments are nonrefundable. *One of the plan’s service visits must be scheduled between November 1st and February 28th. A $109 Service Visit Charge will apply to additional visits not included in the Maintenance Plan.
