Duties include:
- General Labor
- Assist Irrigation Technician

Smart Earth Sprinklers is currently accepting applications for Irrigation Repair Technicians. This is a full-time position who will be responsible for repairing and maintaining residential sprinkler irrigation systems.
Duties include:
- Residential Sprinkler Repair.
- Ensure that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits.
- Repair and maintain valves, trace electrical components, instal, and initialize controllers and timers, locate existing zones and control valves.
- Perform wire diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain inventory in the service vehicle.
- Use GPS and smartphone to locate customers addresses and invoice customer.
- Provide top notch customer service.
- Adhere to Company’s safety policy to ensure that staff and the public are safe while on the job site.
- Report results to Irrigation Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must Speak English
- Pass Background Check
- Knowledge in electrical diagnostics
- Knowledge in Irrigation troubleshooting and repair.
Smart Earth Sprinklers is currently accepting applications for a Service Coordinator. This position is critical to the operation of Smart Earth Sprinklers and requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented.
This is a full-time position with some accommodation to work from home for a portion of the week.
Duties include:
- Receive incoming service calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Dispatch the jobs to the appropriate technicians. Schedule work based on the expected complexity of the job against the capabilities of the available technician.
- Support Smart Earth Sprinklers technicians with rescheduling and providing any needed account information.
- Verify jobs have been completed.
- Provide customer support on any call-backs.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Work with Manager and employees in support of all facets of the service department.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Pass Background Check.
- 1-2 years previous call/dispatch experience is a plus.
- Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
- CRM software experience is a plus.
