Smart Earth Sprinklers is currently accepting applications for a Service Coordinator. This position is critical to the operation of Smart Earth Sprinklers and requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented.
This is a full-time position with some accommodation to work from home for a portion of the week.
Duties include:
*Receive incoming service calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner.
*Dispatch the jobs to the appropriate technicians. Schedule work based on the expected complexity of the job against the capabilities of the available technician.
*Support Smart Earth Sprinklers technicians with rescheduling and providing any needed account information.
*Verify jobs have been completed.
*Provide customer support on any call-backs.
*Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
*Work with Manager and employees in support of all facets of the service department.
Requirements:
**High School Diploma or GED required.
**Pass Background Check.
**1-2 years previous call/dispatch experience is a plus.
**Customer Service experience.
**Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
**CRM software experience is a plus.
